Originally from Rome, Alessandro left his graphic design job to follow his passion for good food and great coffee. Gavin, on the other hand, has a hospitality management background and was ready for his own challenge. Together in business and in life with our whippet Alfie, we pour our heart and soul into ‘Mattina’.
